Tummy Helper Infusion

Ingredients

1 liter filtered water

1 nectarine

2 inches of ginger root

10 mint leaves

Instructions

Cut nectarine and ginger into slices. Add all ingredients into a pitcher. Let sit for 2-3 hours or overnight in the fridge to let the flavors infuse.

Hibiscus Cherry Pomegranate

Ingredients

1 liter filtered water

2 cups ice

1 pomegranate

20 cherries

1 hibiscus tea bag

1 cup warm filtered water

Instructions

Place tea bag in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes. Cut pomegranate and remove seeds. Discard skin and pulp, and set seeds aside. Cut cherries and throw away pits. Set aside. Add 1 cup hibiscus tea water, cherries, pomegranates and ice to a large pitcher. Let stand for 2-3 hours or overnight in the fridge to bring out flavors. (You can add a little coconut nectar to sweeten.)

Elderflower Infusion

Ingredients

1 liter filtered water

5 elderflowers

1½ cups honeydew melon

1 lemon

2 cups ice

Instructions

Rinse elderflowers. Put into 1 liter of water and leave overnight on the counter. In the morning add honeydew melon, ice and sliced lemon into the water with elderflowers in a large pitcher. Let stand for 2 hours. (You can add stevia to sweeten if needed.)

Watermelon Basil

Ingredients

1 liter filtered water

2 cups ice

1½ cups watermelon

10 large basil leaves

Instructions

Cut up watermelon into slices or cubes. Add watermelon, ice, filtered water and basil into a large pitcher and let sit for 2-3 hours or overnight in the fridge to bring out flavors.
