Can we boost energy, get protein, protect gut health, reduce stress and eat greens all in one smoothie? Yes, and here’s how!


1-2 scoops plant protein

2-3 cups plant milk of your choice

1 dropper CBD oil

1 scoop probiotic powder

1 frozen banana (for texture/sweetener)

2 cups spinach

1-2 tsp hemp seeds

1⁄2 cup fruit rich in antioxidants

(blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)


Stevia sweetener, to taste

Extra greens like chard, collard greens, dandelion greens, arugula, mustard greens

1⁄2 tsp turmeric

Pinch of cauliflower or avocado for extra creaminess

Note: If you add bitter greens, add a slice of pineapple to take off the edge.


Freezing fruit and spinach overnight adds creaminess. Blend all ingredients. Pro-tip: add the powder while the blender is mixing the other ingredients to avoid clumps.
